Tony's Chicken Meatballs And Linguine
 
 MEATBALLS
 2 pounds of Ground chicken
 4 Eggs
 8 ounces of Italian breadcrumbs
 1/2 cup of parmesan
 2 tablespoons of milk
 4 Cloves garlic, minced
 Salt and pepper
 Sauce
 1/3 cup of Olive oil
 3 Cloves garlic, sliced
 1 pound of Short ribs
 1/4 cup of Red wine
 two 8 ounce cans of plum tomatoes
 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
 two 6 ounce cans of  tomato paste

Instructions:

Directions: Meatballs - Mix all ingredients well. Wet fingers to form balls. Sauce - Brown garlic in olive oil in pan. Add meatballs and ribs until brown. Combine all ingredients in pan. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked linguine. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
