Thai Linguine Salad

Thai Linguine Salad
 
 8 ounces of Linguine
 DRESSING
 1/4 cup of bottled teriyaki sauce
 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
 2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil
 1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh gingerroot
 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
 8 ounces of flaked imitation crabmeat
 8 ounces of Green cabbage, coarsely shredded
 1 cup of shredded carrots
 1/3 cup of Sliced scallions
 1/3 cup of Cilantro leaves

Instructions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain in colander. Rinse under running cold water and drain well. Whisk dressing ingredients in a large serving bowl until blended. Add rinsed and drained pasta, the imitation crabmeat and remaining ingredients. Toss gently to mix and coat. Serving size 4
