Garlic Pita Chips 

Garlic Pita Chips
 
 Categories: Pita, Parsley, Garlic, Olive oil, Snacks, Appetizers
 
 8 Pita bread, cut in quarters
 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
 2 Egg whites, lightly beaten
 1/4 cup of olive oil
 3 Cloves garlic; finely
 1/2 teaspoon of coarse salt

Instructions:
Cut pita breads in quarters, then pull each quarter apart to make 64 triangles. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on triangles. Bake for about 15 minutes in a 300ºF. until toasted. Cool; store in an airtight container.
