Ambrosia 2
4 lg. oranges 1 can pineapple chunks 2 tbsp. orange juice 4 med. bananas 4 tbsp. confectioners' sugar 3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut 6 maraschino cherries

Instructions:
Peel oranges. Remove white membranes and cut oranges crosswise into 1/8 inch slices. Drain pineapple and save syrup. Peel bananas and slice into 1/8 inch pieces and toss in pineapple syrup to prevent browning. Combine syrup with orange juice in glass bowl. Layer half the oranges and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Layer half of the bananas, half of the pineapple, and half of the coconut. Repeat layers. Pour syrup mixture over fruit and decorate with cherries.
