Easy Applesauce Cake
1/2 cup of butter(1 stick)
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cup of applesauce
1 cup of raisins
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg |

Cream the butter and sugar together. Mix soda in applesauce. Add
applesauce to creamed mixture. Sift together flour, cinnamon, cloves and
nutmeg. Stir into applesauce mixture. Add raisins. Mix well. Pour into
greased and floured square pan. Bake at 350ºF. until done.
