Egg - less Applesauce Cake
1 cup of applesauce, unsweetened
1 teaspoon of soda
1 cup of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of cloves
1/4 teaspoon of allspice
1 cup of raisins
1 1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of margarine |

My family preferred it without any frosting. Put applesauce in bowl, add soda, sugar and spices. Soften margarine and add. Stir raisins and flour together and mix into applesauce mixture and pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350ºF.
for 1/2 hour or until it pulls away from sides of pan.
