Applesauce Raisin Snack Cake
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1 cup of applesauce
1/2 cup of raisins mixed with 1 tbsp. flour
2/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of shortening
1 egg |

Combine all ingredients except raisins in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in raisins. Spread in greased 11 x 7 inch pan. Bake at 350ºF.
about 25 minutes.
