Banana Cake

 Banana Cake

3 Bananas
1/2 cup of Sour milk
1/2 cup of Shortening
1 1/2 cup of Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
2 cups of Flour
1/2 teaspoon of Baking powder
3/4 teaspoon of Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

Add milk and bananas and mash. In separate bowl combine shortening, sugar eggs, vanilla. Add dry ingredients, Add milk/banana mixture to other ingredients. Pour into 9x13 cake pan.
