Coconut Icebox Cake
Any brand of butter cake mix
1 cup of milk
2 cups of sugar
Coconut, canned or package
Cool Whip
Instructions:
Bake cake according to directions on the box. While cake is hot,
heat milk and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour
half of the milk and sugar mixture over the hot cake. Add
coconut to other half of milk mixture, reserving some coconut
for top. When cake is cool, frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle
with remaining coconut. Chill. Keep refrigerated.
