Dr. Bird Cake 3 cups Flour 1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 cups Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt 1 1/2 cups Oil 1 can Crushed pineapple (18oz) 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla 3 Eggs 2 cups Ripe bananas, diced

Instructions:
Measure dry ingredients and sift together. Add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple with juice. Stir, do not beat. Pour into greased 9 inch tube pan Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
