Wacky Cake

Wacky Cake
 
 1 1/2 cups Flour
 1/4 cup Cocoa
 1 teaspoon Baking powder
 1 teaspoon Baking soda
 1/2 teaspoon Salt
 1 cup Sugar
 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
 1 tablespoon Vinegar
 5 tablespoons Canola oil
 1 cup Lukewarm water

Instructions:

Sift dry ingredients together in an ungreased 8 inch square cake pan. Make 3 holes equally spaced in mixture. Pour vanilla into one, vinegar in another and oil in the third. Pour water over top and stir well, until all ingredients are mixed. Bake at 325ºF. for 45-50 min.
