Linda's Amaretto Cheesecake

1 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted
three 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
4 eggs
1/3 cup of Amaretto
one 8 ounce ctn. of sour cream
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of Amaretto
1/4 cup of toasted sliced almonds
one 1.2 ounce Hershey's chocolate bar, grated



Instructions:

Combine the graham crackers crumbs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon and butter. Mix well. Firmly press into bottom and 1/2" up sides of a 9" springform pan. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/3 cup of Amaretto. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 375ºF.  for 45 - 50 minutes or until set. Combine the sour cream, 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of Amaretto. Stir well and spoon over cheesecake. Bake at 500 for 5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for 24 - 48 hours. Garnish with almonds and grated chocolate.
