Wine Cookies

Wine Cookies
 
 1 Egg
 1/2 cup Oil
 1/2 cup Sweet wine
 1/2 cup Sugar
 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
 3 cups Flour
 1 cup Cinnamon and sugar
 1 cup Chopped nuts

Instructions:

Mix together all ingredients except for the cups of cinnamon and sugar and chopped nuts. Flour rolling board and dough until it rolls out very thin without sticking. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar and nuts on top of rolled out dough. Cut into squares and after cutting each row of squares, roll thin again. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.  Oven Temp was not listed, as a rule I try at 350ºF. and watch closely.
