2 cups Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 cups Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
4 Eggs
4 ounces Chocolate Chips
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 8-Oz Hershey Bar, grated
4 cups Flour
3 cups Chopped nuts
5 cups Blended Oatmeal * |

Instructions:
*Blended Oatmeal: Measure and blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add chips, candy and nuts. Roll into balls and place two (2) inches apart on a cookie sheet. bake for six (6) minutes at 375ºF. Makes 60 cookies, but recipe can halved. Neiman Marcus Official Site
