Holiday Cake 1 pound of butter, softened 2 1/3 cups of sugar 6 Eggs 2 ounces of lemon extract 4 cups of flour 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 pound of candied cherries 1/4 pound of candied pineapple 1 pound of pecans 1/4 pound of white raisins

Instructions: Mix 1 cup flour with candied fruit, pecans and raisins. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs beat well, add lemon extract blend well. sift together remaining dry ingredients and cream mixture add fruit and nuts.
