Instructions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy small saucepan. Boil until syrupy,
stirring frequently, about 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Discard cinnamon.
Scoop ice cream into bowls. Spoon warm currant mixture over ice cream.
Sprinkle with cookies and serve. 2 servings; can be doubled or tripled.
