Buttermilk Fudge Ice Cream 3/4 cup Sugar 1/3 cup Cocoa, unsweetened 3/4 cup Milk 2 2/3 cups Buttermilk 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla In saucepan, combine sugar and non-sweetened cocoa; add milk and heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Cool. Beat smooth buttermilk and vanilla. Combine with chocolate milk. Chill and stir freeze. Note: This recipe is for a 1-quart machine.
