Corn Ice Cream 3 Ears of sweet corn
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of light cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pint of Heavy cream
Peel and clean the corn. Cook as usual and cut the kernels from the cob when cool. Place in a blender with the sugar and light cream. Blend until almost pureed. Place in ice cream maker with the other ingredients. Churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
