Apple Oatmeal Cookies
-= Exported from BigOven =- Apple Oatmeal Cookies 1 cup of C and H Brown Sugar, packed 3/4 cup of butter or margarine 1 Egg 1 tablespoon of water 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon of salt | Instructions: Cream together the sugar, butter, egg, and water. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, spices, and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Blend in oats, apple, and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375ºF. oven 15 minutes. Cool on rack.
