Wheat Germ and Oatmeal Cookies 3/4 cup of vegetable oil 1 cup of cane or sorghum molasses 2 Eggs, beaten 2 teaspoons of vanilla 1 cup Raisins 1 1/2 cups of Wheat germ 2 cups of rolled oats 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of dry milk powder

Instructions:
Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. Sift in the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Drop batter from a teaspoon (or larger spoon) onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF. for 10-12 minutes.
