Blueberry Council Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks -- drained 1 (8-ounce) container lemon-flavored fat-free yogurt -- divided 1 1/2 cups fresh or thawed, frozen blueberries 1/2 cup granola If using frozen blueberries, drain in a small bowl, combine pineapple with half of the yogurt.
