Triple Layer Parfaits

Triple Layer Parfaits

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 pt. strawberries, cut in half
1 (8 oz.) container LaCreme whipped topping with real cream, thawed

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Reserve 1/2 cup gelatin mixture, let stand at room temperature.

Pour remaining gelatin mixture into 6 dessert dishes. Add half of the strawberries. Chill until almost set. Fold reserved gelatin mixture into 2 cups whipped topping. Spoon over first layer. Chill until firm. Top with remaining strawberries and remaining whipped topping before serving. Makes 6 servings.
