Black Forest Parfaits
 
 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
 2 c. cold milk
 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
 1 pkg. (4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling
 
 Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk at low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Add pudding mix and remaining milk. Beat until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Spoon 1/2 the pudding evenly into individual dishes. Sprinkle with wafer crumbs. Cover with pie filling reserving a few cherries for garnish, if desired. Top with remaining pudding. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with reserved cherries and additional wafer crumbs. Makes 4-6 servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes.
