White Chocolate Almond-Pecan Pie 4 Eggs, beaten 1 cup of light corn syrup 2/3 cup of sugar 3 tablespoons of butter, melted 1 tablespoon of vanilla 1 tablespoon of almond extract (or to taste) 1 tablespoon of Chocolate extract 6 ounces of white chocolate, melted 1 cup of pecan halves 1 cup of sliced or slivered almonds Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Instructions: Combine first eight ingredients, beat with an electric mixer until blended. Stir pecans and almonds into mixture. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350ºF. for 50-55 minutes.
