Fast and Delicious Pecan Pie
 
 4 Eggs
 3/4 cup of sugar
 4 tablespoons of butter
 2 cups of milk
 1/2 cup of buttermilk baking mix
 1 cup of pecans
 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

Grease a 10" pie plate. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Blend all ingredients (except pecans) in blender until smooth. Add pecans. Bake for about 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream; also good cold.
