Blackberry Jam Pie
8 eggs 3 cups of sugar 1 cup of melted butter 1 cup of blackberry jam 2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells

Instructions:
Beat the eggs well, then add the sugar and margarine. Mix until well blended. Beat in the jam and pour into the pie shells. Bake at 400ºF. for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350ºF. and bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clen.
