| Caramel Corn
6 cups of Popped popcorn 1/2 cup of almonds slivered; toasted 3/4 cup of Brown sugar; packed 1/2 cup of margarine or butter 2 tablespoons of Light corn syrup 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
MICROWAVE: Combine popcorn and almonds in large micro safe bowl. In 4 cup micro safe cup, combine brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave on HIGH for 2-3 more minutes or until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Stir in baking soda; pour over popcorn and almonds. Mix well; microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
