Cherry Whip
1 stick of margarine
2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1 cup of cold milk
2 envelopes of whipping topping mix
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of sugar
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 large can of cherry pie filling
Instructions:
Melt margarine over low heat. Mix with 2 cups of graham cracker
crumbs. Put into 9x13x2 inch pan. In a large bowl, whip until
stiff. 1 cup of cold milk with 2 envelopes of whipping topping
mix. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla, cup sugar and cream cheese,
softened. Spread over crumb mixture. Spoon 1 large can of cherry
pie filling over whipped mixture. Set in refrigerator overnight.
Slice and serve..
