Honey Caramels 2 cups Granulated sugar 1/4 cup Creamed honey 1 cup Whipping cream 1/2 cup Butter (not margarine) 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions:
Measure all 5 ingredients into medium heavy saucepan. Boil over medium, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches firm ball stage on candy thermometer or until a small spoonful dropped into cold water forms a firm but pliable ball. Remove from heat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Beat well, until signs of thickening appear. Quickly turn into greased 8x8 inch pan. Cool completely. Score into 64 squares. Makes 1 3/4 lbs. candy, or 64 squares.
