Quick Tiramisu Recipe

Quick Tiramisu
 
 12 Sponge fingers
 4 - 5 tablespoons Coffee rum liqueur
 285 milliliters Double cream
 2 -  3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
 Mint sprig

Lay the sponge fingers along a plate. Drizzle the liqueur over. Pipe a layer of whipped cream over the top using a star nozzle. Dust with the cocoa powder. Repeat these steps. Serve dressed with a mint leaf.
